Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation:

– Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled before shipment. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the cancellation process.

– After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled after shipment. However, you can return the product within the return window (15 days) for a refund or exchange.

Refund for Canceled Orders:

– Full Refund: If the order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

– Refund Method: Refunds will be made through the original payment method.
